Doyeon Kim is the founder and executive director of Simple Steps, an organization to empower talented immigrant women to achieve their professional goals. Before Simple Steps, she worked in several nonprofit organizations, including the UN Global Compact Foundation. Doyeon is also a co-founder of JUMP, an international nonprofit to provide fair educational opportunities for youth. As an IT consultant-turned-social entrepreneur, she is passionate about tackling hard-to-solve societal problems, especially in education, gender equality, and employment. Doyeon received her B.S. and M.S. from KAIST and her MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Sang-Pil Han is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the W. P. Carey School of Business at the Arizona State University. His research focuses on the economic and social impact of artificial intelligence-powered applications. His papers were published in top-tier business journals such as Management Science, Management Information Systems Quarterly, Information Systems Research, and Journal of Marketing. He has received several external grants from government agencies as well as private companies. At ASU, he was a Co-Faculty Director for the Master of Science in Business Analytics program. He served as an Associate Editor at Information Systems Research.
