2021 Simple Steps Annual Report
Simple Steps published the 2021 Annual Report to share the impact we created last year. We are committed to helping female talents realize their full potential and partnering with employers to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
In 2021, Simple Steps diversified its program portfolio, invited a wide range of seasoned professionals, and advanced community-centered programs with in-depth engagement. We served 2,000 individuals from 25 states in the US and 9 countries globally. Our partner companies worked with Simple Steps in talent recruitment, education and training, and community engagement.
We are so grateful to be on this journey with all of you. Thank you for believing in our mission and being part of the community. Your continued support and active participation will significantly impact reaching our mission.
