Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Tax
• Manage outsourced bookkeeping team for routine accounting operations for U.S. parent company
• Manage invoice approval & payments, expense approvals, and reconciliations for U.S. parent company
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes across all entities
• Prepare U.S. parent company financial reports
• Prepare group consolidated financials
• Improve and document internal controls and accounting policies
• Assist with setting up and improving processes for new entities, if any
• Assist with annual tax filings
• Assist with annual audits
FP&A & Projects
• Assist management with budgeting and forecasting
• Assist in actual vs forecast analysis and present findings
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis to derive business insights for decision making
• Support financial system integrations and upgrades, if any
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of solid accounting and/or finance experience, preferably in public accounting or a company with subsidiaries and business complexity
Can independently lead close processes and projects
Interest in financial analysis, forecasting and business insights
Clear and effective communication and documentation
Superior attention to detail and Excel power user
Nice to Haves:
Experience with Quickbooks and Xero
Experience with Consolidation
Experience with financial planning and analysis and financial modeling
Additional Information:
This individual will primarily work with the financial controller of the parent company, supporting accounting and finance functions of all entities of Enuma, including one U.S. parent and four Asian subsidiaries (Korea, China, Japan, Indonesia)
Each of the U.S. parent company and the Asian subsidiaries has either an outsourced accounting firm as accountants/bookkeepers or an internal team performing such functions.
