We have an opening for a Marketing Communications Specialist. This role supports marketing communications activities, writes and creates product marketing materials, generates video and creative visual contents for product and corporate promotion. Works with marcom management, marketing product managers and outside vendors to ensure each project meets objectives and aligns with corporate standards. As a supplier of products to the semiconductor industry, the content of projects requires technical understanding and the ideal candidate should have demonstrated ability to develop technical content and to employ it in a variety of creative channels. Related to this requirement, familiarity with technical terms, units of measurement, and engineering concepts will help in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes FormFactor products and services.
Plans, writes and coordinates the creation, design and distribution of brochures, data sheets, webinars, presentations and other promotional material in online and offline channels.
Produces marketing copy for FormFactor website, develops content topics for blog and creates and delivers social media posts.
Coordinates with international team to deliver regular news and company updates to customers.
Join and monitors social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.
Provides auxiliary support for company events.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, English or related field
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent copy writing and editing skills, with the ability to work across media, from print to digital.
Experience managing or facilitating the creative process (concept to execution).
Superior organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with creating digital audio and video projects essential; hands-on experience with photo and video editingSome travel required (<10%)
