Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Job Description: Simple Steps is a 501c3 nonprofit started in 2017 to help talented immigrant women to continue their career aspirations and to invite more employers and sponsors to discover the untapped talent pool.
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who is highly motivated, independent, and passionate about making a social impact.

Develop new and consistent information (e.g., article links, interviews, programs, and events) to be posted regularly
Build and maintain the Simple Steps social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube and raise the Simple Steps brand awareness
Manage the creation and execution of our social media content calendar across all platforms in support of marketing campaigns and content strategy
Lead monthly e-Newsletter publication collaborating with all staff team
Qualities we’re looking for:
Prior experience in media, corporate or nonprofit setting with an emphasis on web designing, writing, digital marketing, and project management
Strong effective communication skills to interact with internal and external contacts including conversations with partnership companies, community members, and outreach
Ability to self-start, manage projects, build relationships, work cross-functionally, and influence in a highly flexible and fast-growing organization
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity, continuously improve methods and approaches, and provide useful and creative input for the organization
Knowledge in marketing for nonprofits is a plus.

Attend biweekly virtual meetings
Continuous learning
Time: Minimum 5 hours per week
Minimum 6 months of commitment for the position
