About the Role: The Product Designer at XL8 will be responsible for designing new, unconventional, core products, across multiple surfaces such as mobile applications and web services. In order to change the way people communicate, we’re expanding business from our patented advanced translation solutions to text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and many relevant interesting areas. To build these novel products that mankind has never experienced, we are looking for talented people who are willing to join us in bringing AI technology to the next generation through their creativity and imagination. Not only just designing and handing off assets to engineers, but also does this role require close interactions with our team for continuous improvements and inventions.
Core responsibilities:
Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
Suggest improvements to design and performance to engineers
Employ design concepts into functional prototypes and/or assets
Qualifications:
Experienced in building a Design System
Eager and fast in learning new technologies and tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills either in English or Korean
Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
Good understanding of color science and combinations
Artistic and innovative flair
Excellent attention to detail and be meticulous
