Thank You, Simple Steps Community ❤️
We want to thank our generous donors who donated for the Simple Steps 3rd Anniversary Fundraiser for Asian Women's Shelter(AWS). We raised $3,300 in one week, purchased AWS's wishlist items, and delivered them in time for Mother's Day. Your gift of donation provided immediate financial support to women and their children who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Wishlist items included: small home appliances, sanitary items, educational toys for children, diapers, wipes, socks, and gift cards.
One of the residents said, "This generous gift made me feel very special and cannot thank Simple Steps enough for the fantastic gifts," with the sweetest smile. Your generous support made our anniversary fundraiser very successful. Thank you for joining us in building community resilience during this difficult time.

Code States is Korea’s first online coding boot camp. It provides software engineering education, data science education, career placement services, and a lifelong network of professional peers with its hands-on tech curriculum combined with career guidance. As of today, 96% of its graduates have made successful career transitions and work as full-stack software engineers and JavaScript programmers.
Women Career Change is Code States’ scholarship program designed to support women’s growth in the IT industry. To expand the program beyond Korea, Code States partnered with Simple Steps and launched the “Web Programing Pre-course” inviting students who are more comfortable with learning in Korean.

Kyung Euh is a natural storyteller. She enjoys engaging with the audience through her art and design and networking with anyone who appreciates a good narrative. She is the newest UX designer at Studio XID that developed an interactive prototyping tool named ProtoPie. ProtoPie is easy to use and a great platform to demonstrate design ideas without communication loss.
Q: What is a typical day in a life as a UX designer and what do you do to improve? K: As a member of the Digital Experience team at ProtoPie, I design the information architecture of its website as well as each page’s structure and content. My favorite part of the job is....
