Her Creations: Handmade Arts & Crafts Fairon November 1 & 2
You are invited to "Her Creation: Handmade Arts & Crafts Fair" this weekend. We are hosting the event to support local artist moms pursuing their aspirations in the field of art. Please join us at a family-friendly event and support local artist moms. You will meet many talented moms and explore the most authentic handmade items. Let's support our fellow women artists in the Bay Area. Also, there will be kids' activities - face painting, balloons, popcorns, and more!
Location: Sacred Coworking (2490 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94301)
Date and Time: Friday, November 1, 3-7pm / Saturday, November 2, 11am-7pm
11/2 Saturday activities are as follows:
All-day: craft table, coffee & popcorn station
12-5 pm: face painting
2-4 pm: balloon maker
3-5 pm: silk bookmark making workshop ($20/person)
One of the participating artists will lead a 'Silk Bookmark Making Workshop' from 3-5 pm on Saturday. If you want to make your silk bookmark, please email events@simplestepscc.org with your name and phone number.

Simple Steps Community Connection is very excited to announce that we have received a $25,000 grant from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation to support Simple Steps Community Connection general operations and more.Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation works with various local nonprofit organizations and each year, their staff selects a theme to guide the contributions - this year's theme is immigration - we are chosen to receive this contribution.With this generous donation, we hope to excel in our organization to help more women to continue on their career aspirations.For more information about Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, click here
