Jee Kang
Talent Development Manager
Prior to joining Simple Steps, Jee Kang worked as a sourcer for engineering, product, user operations, business roles at rising EdTech company Quizlet. She also has experience working as a knowledge and research analyst at one of the Big 5 Retained Executive Search firms, Russell Reynolds. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sports Management from Rice University. She is passionate about empowering women to change their mindset from “If it is up to me, I want to be ___” to “Because it is up to me, I will be ___”. She is excited to use her experience to coach Simple Steps members in every walk of their job-finding journey.
Erica Jeon
Social Media Marketing Intern
Erica Sanghee Jeon is a junior majoring in Marketing at the University of Central Florida, in Orlando, Florida. She is passionate about fashion, digital media, and making connections with people. She moved to the US when she was seven years old and embracing her heritage, she enjoys showing Asian representation in the world and hopes everyone would understand the beauty of Asian culture.
Hyemin Jung
Research Intern
Before joining Simple steps, Hyemin Jung worked at KOTRA Chicago as a market research consultant, Booth School of Business Center for Decision Research as a research assistant, and LG Management and Development Institute as a training and development associate. She holds M.A in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a B.B.A from Yonsei University. She is passionate about analyzing data to address social challenges and find solutions. She is happy to join Simple steps and looking forward to growing together with Simple steps members.
