Mirang went abroad to study Spanish in South America which led her to start her career at LG Electronics in Columbia as a Product Marketing Specialist. She has experience in a wide range of fields, including sales, marketing, and stock management. After a five-and-a-half-year career gap, she completed the WECONNECT Career Restart Challenge and successfully restarted her career at a fast-growing startup. She is currently at Grow & Better, a contender in customer service and customer experience (CX).

미랑 님은 스페인어를 배우러 갔던 남미에서 취업까지 하게 되어 LG 전자 콜롬비아 법인에서 Produdct Marketing Specialist로 첫 커리어를 시작했습니다. 영업/마케팅/재고관리까지 폭넓은 업무 영역을 경험한 뒤 2015년 전업주부가 되었고, 5년 반의 경력 공백을 겪고 위커넥트 '커리어 리스타트 챌린지'를 수료하며 스타트업으로 직무를 전환했습니다. 그리고 스타트업에서 사업을 가장 잘 파악하고 성장할 수 있는 키워드는 '고객' 이라는 생각에 국내에서 CX 키워드를 선점한 그로우앤베터로 이직하여 현재 프로그램 오퍼레이터로 근무하고 있습니다.
