What does it mean to be a professional recruiter? What are the different types of recruiters and how do their metrics and compensation structures vary?

Join us on Thursday, September 16th, 2021 at 8 PM (PT) for a very exclusive insight on the day in the life of a recruiter by Jee Kang, a Talent Development Manager at Simple Steps.

The webinar will cover the qualifications and responsibilities of an in-house recruiter (including travel), career progression, what usual day-to-day looks like, and some common tools that recruiters usually work with. Following the presentation, you will get a chance to ask the burning questions about topics in relation to in-house recruiting.

The following common questions will be covered in the webinar, but you are more than welcome to bring your own questions:

- Do you need a degree or qualifications?
- Is it better to be a recruiter at a big company or a startup
- What should I be looking for when considering joining a recruiting team for the first time?
- What types of people should not be a recruiter?
- What do you wish you would have known before starting a career in recruiting?
- What are the best and the worst times while working as a recruiter?
