Job Overview: An ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic to learn and support multiple
functions within a growing business (Accounting & Finance, Office Management &
Administration) and can execute various agendas with precision and organization. The position
requires coordination with our Corporate Accountant in Korea.
Responsibilities ::
Manage day to day accounting and bookkeeping.
Coordinate with Corporate Accountant in Korea, as well as CPA Firms in US to prepare
books for tax filing.Provide monthly financial and other requested reporting.
Work with property manager to manage building financials (Company owns 2 buildings
in the Moffett Park Area)Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Operations to develop reporting to provide
business insight to management.
Qualifications : :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Bilingual – Korean & English.
Meticulous, organized and detailed oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $45-50k
