Lecture: How to Create A Professional Network

Are you planning to get back in to the job market? Is this the first time that you are searching for a job in the US? Simple Steps will be hosting a lecture with a guest speaker on how to understand the US job market and create a professional network. See details

Seminars: UX Research and Localization/QA

Attending these seminars would be an excellent opportunity for you to grow your network and learn in-depth knowledge about your fields on interest. This fall, we will invite professionals in UX research and Localization/QA.

Business English Classes

We will launch English classes to help our members improve their communication skills. This program will be a mix of lectures and role-play based workshops. Our tentative schedule is Tue/Thur, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM for 10 weeks, starting from September. See details.

Arts and Crafts Fair

Simple Steps is calling all moms who want to showcase their arts and crafts items to the community. From drawings/illustrations and paintings to jewelry and food/culinary, a wide variety of handmade goods are all welcome. Registration will open in August and the fair will be in November.

About the speaker:

Reynold has coached professionals at every career stage, from returning homemakers to rapidly rising stars and mid-career managers. During his 30+ year career coaching and executive search career, including 20+ years at Egon Zehnder, he has enjoyed working cross-culturally with clients from across the US, Europe, and Asia. He is a licensed attorney in New York and California and teaches Business Law at UCSC.
