Moonjoo Jun managed a design team for 17 years as a footwear designer at Topline/Report(Steve Madden). Her effective communication skill and active management style became the pillar of a successful team leader. Guiding all the passionate, individual team members filled her with motivation and taught her lifelong lessons--ones that can only be found through almost two decades of experience. She collaborated with a large variety of footwear buyers and designers such as Express, Nordstrom, TOMS, Kohls, and many more.
