The Personal Branding Statement Boot Camp is an online program that offers an opportunity to find your strengths and competencies and prepare an elevator pitch, especially for women returning to work after a career gap. The 90-minute boot camp will meet weekly on Tuesday at 8 PM for 4 weeks (Sep 29 - Oct 20, 2020). Simple Steps provides additional 1:1 feedback sessions for those who complete all the assignments. Week 2. Strengths and Competencies - Part 2 (10/6)
- Learn Mindset Theory
- Find your strengths from your experiences (Exercise 2)
Week 3. Personal Branding Statement (10/13)
- Present your elevator pitch and share feedback
- Answer the follow-up questions to make a solid pitch (Exercise 3)
Week 4. Pitch Yourself (10/20)
- Give your elevator pitch and share feedback
- Record your final pitch and get 1:1 feedback from Simple Steps

Bokyung Kim, Ph.D.
Dr. Bokyung Kim is a program director of Simple Steps. Her current works are developing self/career development programs, supporting job-seekers, and nurturing the environment where females can pursue their careers sustainably. She received her B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Korea University and a Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Stanford University.
