Expecting mothers often hear that it takes a village to raise a baby. But what about pandemic moms? What happens when the whole village cannot meet in person?
Simple Steps New Moms Support Group is an online program that provides mental health improvement to new moms who gave birth during the pandemic. In this program, new moms will find peer moms and have a chance to talk about their new experiences as parents. Dr. Bokyung Kim will guide participants to process burdens and concerns they have as new moms and understand themselves as mothers. The participants who want can join Open Kakao Chat to share ideas and talk about their feelings.
