Back to School! The start of the new school year is exciting. But it could produce a spike in anxiety for some kids. For those who had online-classes last year, transition to in-person classroom may be especially challenging. There are many small actions parents can take to make students feel like they are ready for the next year and to enhance relationships with their peers and with the teacher. In this webinar, you can learn how to prepare your family for the new school year, how to talk to your children about their feelings, and how to ease your children's anxiety.
