Doyeon Kim, Executive Director
Doyeon has an IT consulting and nonprofit management background, including the UN Global Compact Foundation. She loves looking for new ways to satisfy a sweet tooth and creating dessert recipes with her boys.
Jee Kang, Talent Development Manager
Jee has worked in the recruiting team for 4 years for the Houston Super Bowl, WalkMe, and Quizlet hiring for all levels of software engineering, product, user operations, and business roles. During her time at Quizlet, she reviewed over 300 resumes per day and interviewed candidates on a daily basis. She also has experience supporting the recruitment of C-suite, board, director, VP, and manager roles as a research and knowledge analyst at one of the Big 5 Retained Executive Search firms, Russell Reynolds. Even while working, she consistently helped college students, new-grads and people affected by layoffs get a job. Although she is currently not working, she has dedicated her free time to volunteer with Simple Steps to help immigrant women like herself achieve their career goals. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sports Management from Rice University.
